Founded with a clear operating standard
Kevin Jeffery founded BLK VI to offer executive transportation that is organized, discreet, and professionally executed. The standard is one of excellence, built around preparation, judgment, and the ability to move clients through complex environments without unnecessary exposure or disruption.
A team aligned to that standard
BLK VI is supported by experienced, highly trained professionals with backgrounds from our nation's most elite fighting forces. Clients are not hiring a personality; they are retaining a firm whose team operates with consistency, discretion, respect, and composure in private, corporate, high-visibility, and high-risk settings.

Our strategic linchpin
Jill Simmons has spent over a decade supporting federal fugitive investigations as a Senior Intelligence Research Specialist with the U.S. Marshals Service, currently assigned to the Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force. She specializes in case analysis, pattern-of-life research, and multi-agency intelligence coordination, working alongside Deputy U.S. Marshals and partner law enforcement agencies to help track and locate high-priority fugitives, including violent offenders wanted on federal and state warrants. Jill's work centers on synthesizing data from a wide range of sources — investigative reports, financial and communications records, and interagency intelligence — into actionable leads that guide field operations. She plays a key role in briefing task force leadership, coordinating information sharing between federal, state, and local partners, and maintaining the analytical rigor that supports safe, effective apprehensions. Before joining the United States Marshals Service, Jill worked as an Investigative Assistant for the Drug Enforcement Administration, Diversion unit. She holds an Associate's Degree as a Paralegal and has completed advanced training in intelligence analysis, investigative research techniques, and threat assessment. Known for her attention to detail and calm, methodical approach under pressure, Jill is regarded by colleagues as a steady analytical anchor for the task force — someone who turns fragmented information into clear direction for the agents relying on it in the field.
